April Lipstick Of The Month

April Lipstick Of The Month -0

Hello lovelies, it’s another new month! It’s actually mine and Justin’s birthday month! I just love April, Autumn is here – I’m getting older and not to mention all of the public holidays. Today’s post will be another lipstick favourite keep scrolling to find out my April Lipstick Of The Month.

If you missed my March Lipstick Of The Month post then read it here. I’ve started a new monthly series where I share my favourite lipstick for the month. This one is another old favourite which I’ve had for ages, actually too long! Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in the shade Darling Cherie is a light purple shade.

April Lipstick Of The Month -1

I use to be obsessed with the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains, the stain your lip and it has this menthol feeling. Like a lip balm will feel like… They not as pigmented as a matte, but this lip stain does stain the lips so you don’t have to reapply all the time like a normal lipstick. I have rekindled my love for these, especially this colour I think it suits me really well.

I have been using this shade so much and it has been a permanent resident in my handbag for touch up’s on the go. Although I never have to touch up I mainly love keeping it because most mornings I forget to apply lipstick!

Luckily these Just Bitten Lip Stains are still available in stores and retail for R175. If you are not in the mood for a matte, these are a great alternative. It still gives you good wear, not 100% transfer proof though – you will still see some transfer. I just love the wear of these and the formula too.

Oh I can totally see why you’re obsessed with these! Love the color and especially intrigued by the fact that it’s a balm stain as opposed to a more traditional lipstick!

This is such a lovely post and the lipstick colour is beautiful and perfect for the warmer months. I love lip balm stains as they nourish, hydrate and add that touch of colour which is lovely.
