I have been pretty much lacking when it comes to setting up goals for myself and actually achieving them. Life always seems to get grip of me and I get slammed with work – I think the last goals post was 2 months ago (you can read that post here), so I thought it was about time that I share some August Goals for me to achieve this month.
These short-term goals are just a great way to get things done – life can get extremely hectic and sometimes I forget what needs to be done. I have listed a few short term easy goals I would like to meet by the end of August. Seriously guys I don’t know where this year has gone, I find myself saying that with each month that pasts but it’s just insane how fast time is going by.
- Save!!! – straight forward, as I mentioned to you guys I am currently on a massive spending ban, so far things have been going good although I have been having really bad urges to purchase some makeup.
- Lose Weight – I have been slacking in the weight lose department, I have thrown out the healthy eating I am starting so well with. All the bad food has been making me feel gross about myself and the bad food has just made me feel sicker. With the warmer days around the corner, I’d say it’s about time I get back to losing weight and eating healthier. To date I currently weigh 63kg, I do feel very uncomfortable with my weight at the moment. For those of you who can remember when I started eating healthier earlier this year I weighed 68kg!! Which boggles my mind to be honest, I really let myself go and I do not want to go down that road again. Losing weight is hard and not easy at all but I do want to reach my goal weight of 57kg so let’s see how things month goes. I will not be adding any amount to how much I loose yet August will be a month I will be detoxing.
- Schedule More Posts – I am pretty happy with the how my blogging has gone the last few weeks, I have had a few posts schedules so August I definitely want to make sure I keep it up and stay at least a week ahead with my posts to make sure I have enough content always.
- Eating Healthy – This goes along with losing weight, eating healthy is top priority for me this month so fingers cross I will be able to resists Pizza.
