Autumn Scents

Autumn Scents_1

When it comes to changing up my fragrances I tend to do this twice a year. Spring and Summer I will usually go for a floral, sweet scent. Autumn and Winter I tend to go for a musky scent to compliment the colder weather. Here my Autumn Scents I’m loving right now.

I’ve officially put away my floral scents and brought out more ‘grown-up’ scents for this Autumn and Winter season.

I am not too fussy with it comes to scents, they usually change with me as the seasons do. At the moment there are three Autumn Scents I have in rotation for this Autumn and Winter season.

Elizabeth Arden 5th Avenue ONLY NYC

This scent from Elizabeth Arden is described as a more elegant scent. It has notes of citrus and fruits which leaves me feeling warm and cosy. This scent has been an everyday go-to for me. The glass bottle has a slender design which reminds us of the modern architecture of Manhattan skyscrapers.

Elizabeth Arden Always Red

I only have this sample size of Always Red which I whip out on those date nights with the hubby. This is quite a sweet fragrance and which has bright accents of red plum, blood orange and exotic passion fruit. You will also find a texture of flowers that make up this classic scent like jasmine and pink freesia to name a few.

Cacharel Yes I Am

The Cacharel Yes I am fragrance, which was announced as a strong aspirational portrait of femininity.  Another sweet fragrance that contains white floral, caramel and warm spicy scents. The bottle design is not only absolutely gorgeous, but the scent itself is one of my favourites to reach for.
