I haven’t used many body oils before. Due to my eczema, I try to stay clear of many body products that might irritate my skin. I received The Body Shop Thai Makrut Lime Firming Oil in a press drop last year and really wanted to try this myself.
The Body Shop’s new body oil is infused with zingy makrut lime, praised by Thai women for its stimulating and uplifting scent – ideal for reawakening your senses.

The Body Shop’s spa of the world really excites me. Justin and I usually have Sunday’s for face masks and relaxing massages. I usually have to bribe him and end up giving him amazing massages while I get two minutes of massaging done (I guess it’s better than nothing). Yes, I do face masks with my fiancé, his also my best friend! It’s surprising that he actually really enjoys it. The Thai Makrut Lime Firming Oil I’ve used for our massaging days and his been loving it.
It absorbs really well into the skin, without leaving the skin feeling oily and sticky. The scent of zingy lime and marula awakens the senses. We have been using it for a few weeks and my skin feels so smooth and hydrated. A little goes a long way with this product, so you will be getting lots of use out of it. I also noticed that my skin looks a lot firmer especially around the thigh area where I usually apply it.
I’m really eager to test out other products in the Spa Of The World range that The Body Shop offers.
