I’ve always been the type of person who gets stuck in a routine that I hate changing, I feel a sense of comfort knowing that I will be doing things the way I like it – but these are necessarily not good habits I want to continue doing so it’s about time for to be changing my habits and start fresh with a positive approach and healthy life.
Healthy eating has never been something I achieved at , mainly because I grew up in a house hold where we never ate healthy food, no wonder I have always felt so bad because I never ate they way I should be and onto of that not exercising luckily I never had any problems with my weight until the last year I noticed that my body has been changing and I no longer can eat the way I did blame it on age!
In the next few months I am hoping to focus on loosing weight and eating better, not only because I feel bad about myself also for my health with hasn’t been that great lately I have been moodier and feeling depressed a lot might be from all the bad food I have been consuming. If any of you have any tips on how I can change to good habits please let me know I am open to any suggestions…
My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle and to loose about 10- 15kg which doesn’t sound like much it’s basically the weight I picked up during the last 2 years! So yeah that’s what I will be focusing on achieving the next few months hopefully I will achieve my goals this year and not give up so easily like I did in the past!
