Happy New Year – 2017 Is Here!

I honestly can’t believe that 2016 is over! The year has flown by so fast, too fast in fact I have had so many goals I wanted to accomplish which I haven’t and I would like to seriously focus on that for 2017.

First of all I would like to wish all of you lovelies a Happy New Year! I hope that 2017 will be a great year for you all. 2016 has been a good one for me , but with lots of challenges and some changes to adjust to – I have grown up a lot and got to know more things about myself. Although 2016 was good for me It was also a bad year for me when it came to my weight and health I didn’t focus on that at all making my current weight the biggest I’ve been, it might not be much for some people but I haven’t been a size 36 before and this is making me feel really subconscious about myself I have struggled with body issues before which is not a good thing for any woman to go through.

So this year I would love to focus on excising and my losing weight! I am also moving offices which is really far from where we are now making me need to get my drivers license sooner then I thought, so thats something I need to get early 2017.

2017 will be a massive year with me challenging but good , as I never really focus time on myself and I have been eating extremely bad too which is probably why my weight hasn’t been good either. I am not one to have all New Year resolutions but 2017 will be a big one personally for me so I would really like to accomplish  these goals I am setting for myself. Thank you also for everyone who has been supporting me with my blog I really do appreciate it I hope you guys will be supporting me during 2017 as well I will definitely want to share more of my struggles and documenting these points I need to focus on and if any of you have any tips for me I would appreciate it.

Also I would love to change up my website not sure how yet but I want fresh more personalized content! So will brain storm ideas on that.

    Happy New Year Candice! Welcome back! Maintaining a healthy weight can definitely be challenging as you get older. The metabolism definitely slows down along with activity. I follow my grandfather’s advice: you can have anything in moderation and move a little more 😀 Wishing you the best in 2017.

    Lovely post. I’ve been exercising since september 2014 and i have been in love since. It’s really just a nice part of my routine and of course the physical benefits are super fun i love what it does for my mind and attitude, it does help give you mental peace. Good luck and remember the beginning may be difficult but just stick to it, it’s a lifestyle and i’m sure you’ll learn to love it.
