My Recent Purchases _01

I have not share a haul post in such a long time, mainly because I have been on a spending ban. I recent made a few purchases skincare and makeup related. I desperately needed new things and with my skin acting up I have been looking for some products to help with that and ofcourse sales were all over the show which I couldn’t ignore. So if you are interested in reading about My Recent Purchases then keep on scrolling…

My Recent Purchases _00

The Body Shop – As previously mentioned I have been having issues with my skin, mainly the skincare products I have been using has been drying out my skin a lot. As usual I visited The Body Shop and picked up a few items I have been seeing on social media and reviews I have read from other beauty bloggers. I picked up two items in The Body Shop Vitamin C Range their moisturiser and face peel, I also picked up the Drops Of Light Brightening Serum, Pinita Colada Body Butter and the Almond Milk And Honey Body Lotion.

Lo’real – From Lo’real I only picked up one thing, and that’s the Lo’real Pure Clay Glow Scrub. As all of you know Lo’real released some amazing clay masks not too long ago and they have since released these scrubs as well, so of course I have to try out the scrub as well. Dischem currently has a buy 3 and pay for 2 promo. I only picked up one from Takealot for R89 in case I didn’t like it.

Eylure – I have never worn any false lashes before, so I thought it was about time I give it a shot! I picked up the Eylure false lashes in 101.

Real Techniques – You guys know how much I love Real Techniques, I recently did a post all about my favourite eyeshadow brushes which I mentioned a few of the Real Techniques brushes as well. I picked up the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge, Takealot has these on special for R199 for 4!! I have been desperately needing a new makeup sponge because my current one seriously smells like miff! Gross I know but I haven’t been using it and it has been soaking up all my foundation and not doing as a great of a job.

I think that’s about it for the haul guys! And no, I did not purchase these all at once, over the last two months these are the things I have bought and I will definitely be sharing my reviews on the blog if I haven’t mentioned these already so keep an eye out for that.

Yay! Falsies! I will admit, I was hesitant to wear falsies at first, but now I just love them! They are so much fun to wear and super easy too, once you get the hang of it. Good luck, Candice! <3

I really love other people in false lashes, but I feel like I can never get them to look right on myself!
I also absolutely adore the Body Shop – my family always joke that I could start up my own shop with the amount of stock I have from there haha
