Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator

Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator -3

I have had this Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator in the shade Bare Light in my collection for a year or two. I purchased at Dischem for about R55 or R60 on a beauty promotion that had. Today I will be reviewing this face illuminator.

Get a healthy glow in any light. Banish dullness and even out skin with light capturing crystals and photocromatic pigments for a lit-from-within look. A lightweight, sheer illuminator that instantly brightens the skin. The photochromatic pigments bend and reflect light allowing for a more natural glow under any light. The formula contains a hint of sheer colour which enhances your skin without covering it up. You can wear it alone or mix it with your favorite foundation. A world leader in cosmetics, fragrance and personal care, Revlon creates innovative, glamorous and high-quality beauty care products.

This is one of only two liquid illuminators I own, the shade Bare Light is perfect for medium and light skin ladies, Revlon does have two other shades if I am not mistaken. These normally retail for around R170 at Dischem stores, I usually see the darker option in store.

I can’t express how obsessed I am with this illuminator. A little goes a long way with this illuminator, so be careful when you apply these. For a more radiant look, you can also blend this with your favourite foundation. I am also pleasantly surprised at how well this illuminator blends in the skin.

Top Tip: Add a small amount of product to the high areas of your face (ie, the areas that reflect light), your bridge of your nose and cheekbones are perfect areas to highlight.

I am so happy I found this old favourite in my collection. Has anyone else used the Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator before? Let me know in the comment section below I would love to know what you thought.

Revlon actually have so many great products especially this highlighter and their foundations are really worth looking into.

I find that often my skin looks quite dull, I don’t think my job (staring at a PC all day) helps but I definitely want to give this a try because I think it could really help 🙂
